Instructions for Embroidery & Screen Printing

1) Submit your order on the website.

2) After checkout, upload your logo with our form: UPLOAD LOGO FORM

3) If you prefer you may e-mail us your logo directly to Logo@theuniformauthority.com

4) We will email you a digital proof for your approval before we enter production.

5) Once approved production usually takes 3 to 5 business days. Rush Orders Available.

Embroidery Digitizing & Logo Setup
Free Digitization on many CHEF WORKS products up to 10,000 stitches & 6 colors. If the CHEF WORKS product digitization is not included, there is a one-time $75 setup charge for your logo.
Free Digitization for all other orders totaling 48 or more pieces. For orders less than 48 pieces there is a one-time $50 setup charge per logo design up to 10,000 stitches and 6 colors.
For each additional 1,000 stitches add $10 per design. We will store your design for future use.
Personalization Embroidery is $5 per line of text.

Screen Printing Logo Setup
Setup Fees: There is a one-time Setup Fee of $50 for first time you imprint with us.
Art Fee: If you imprinting your company logo, but are unable to provide us the logo file in an acceptable file format, there will be a $25 Art Fee. Extremely intricate logos may incur a higher Art Fee.
Art Files: You must provide your company logo file in a vector file format (i.e.., .AI, .EPS, or .PDF). We will need the art file in the appropriate file type to ensure the best print quality.
Reorders: We store your films on file for 1 year. Film Setup is Free for reorders. Screen setup charge for reorders is $20 per color per location.

There are no returns for embroidered or screen printed garments. This is why we have the approval process😊
